All About my Chow-Chow
Chow-Chow is a garnish, a condiment. It is my Signature Product. It can be used on bratwurst, hamburgers, pork, chicken, legumes like pinto beans, fish, greens and any other type of vegetables. It is tasty as a side or by itself. It comes from various regions of the United States. Whatever the Farmer has left after harvesting, will be used to make Chow-Chow. Various vegetables are pickled, adding several spices and then cooked, in my pressure cooker. Afterwards, jarring takes place.
EverLicious’ Chow-Chow contains cabbage, onions, sweet bell peppers, carrots and vinegar. It is bacterial free and will last a year. There is Orig’nal (mild), Spice’ee and Fiery Chow-Chow.
